Booking Policy

• Cancelling or rescheduling less than 3 days in advance will be charged a £10 base rate fee
• Cancelling or rescheduling less than 1 day in advance will be charged a £30 base rate fee
• Cancelling or rescheduling on the day will be charged at the full appointment price
• Missed appointments will be charged at the full appointment price
• Charges will be processed to any credit/debit card linked to your name/account
• If a charge fails then it will be attempted again at a later date and followed up with you directly
• Unpaid charges may result in further action being taken via small claims court

Packages Policy

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts
• Cannot be refunded or exchanged
• Cannot be shared or distributed with a third party
• Valid only for the treament(s) as selected
• Valid for maximum 1 year from purchase date

Gift Voucher Policy

Class Policy

• If you miss a scheduled class you will not be entitled to a refunded for that class
• If a class is rearranged and you are unable to attend the new time then you will be given a refund for that class
• Where any equipment is provided you are liable for the full cost to replace it should you damage it beyond repair
