Booking Policy

• Cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a £10 fee
• Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at full price
• Missed appointments will be charged at full price

Packages Policy

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts
• Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
• Valid for maximum 1 year from purchase date

Gift Voucher Policy

• Valid for 6 months from purchase date
• Valid on the booking of any single treatment
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts
• Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash

Class Policy

• If you miss or are unable to attend a scheduled class you will not be entitled to a refunded for that class
• If a class is rearranged and you are unable to attend the new time then you will be offered a refund for that class
• Where any equipment is provided you are liable for the full cost to replace it should you damage it
